1.1. This Agreement defines the terms of use by Users (Buyers) of goods and services of the site medlook.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Site, website, online store)

1.2. This agreement, in accordance with Art. 633, Art. 641 and Sect. 63 of the Civil Code of Ukraine is a public contract (offer) and is addressed to an indefinite number of persons regardless of status (individual, legal entity, individual entrepreneur) who wish to purchase goods in the online store medlook.com.ua.

1.3. Since this Agreement is a public offer, by gaining access to the materials of the Site, the User (Buyer) is considered a party to this Agreement.

1.4. The Site Administration (the owner of the site medlook.com.ua and/or persons authorized by him) has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. The new or amended Agreement shall enter into force after its posting on the Site. In case of disagreement of the User with the amendments, he must refuse access to the Site, stop using the materials and services of the Site.

1.5 The Buyer agrees with this public offer in its entirety and without reservations when placing an Order on the Site.

2.1. To place orders on the Site, the User (Buyer) may go through the registration procedure and enter the necessary data according to the questionnaire.

2.2. When registering on the Site, the User (Buyer) undertakes to provide reliable and accurate information about himself and his contact details for the Site Administration to fulfill its obligations to the User (Buyer) and deliver the paid Goods to him.

2.3. During the registration process on the Site, the User (Buyer) specifies a login (his e-mail) and password, for the security of which he is responsible. The User (Buyer) undertakes not to disclose the login and password specified during registration to third parties, to store these data in a place inaccessible to third parties. The Buyer is solely responsible for all actions taken on his behalf, that is, using his login and password.

3.1. The information provided by the User (Buyer) is confidential. The site administration uses information about the User (Buyer) for the purpose of fulfilling the Visitor's (Buyer's) Orders, unless other purposes are specified in this Agreement.

3.2. By filling out the registration form on the website medlook.com.ua, the Visitor (Buyer) voluntarily consents to the collection and processing of his/her personal data by the Site Administration for the following purpose: the data provided by the Visitor (Buyer) when registering on the Site will be used to process Orders for the purchase of Goods, receive information about orders, send advertising and special offers by telecommunication means (e-mail, mobile communication), information about promotions, raffles or any other information about the activities of the Website medlook.com.ua, in other commercial purposes.

3.3. For the purposes provided for in this clause, the Administration has the right to send letters, messages and materials to the postal address, e-mail of the Visitor (Buyer), as well as to send SMS messages, make calls to the number specified in the questionnaire, if this is necessary to fulfill the User's (Buyer's) order. The Administration has the right to record telephone calls with the Visitor (Buyer) in order to improve the quality of the latter's service, to which the Visitor (Buyer) gives his/her unconditional consent.

3.4. The Visitor (Buyer) agrees to the Administration's use of cookie technology. Cookies do not contain personal information and cannot in any way read information from the Visitor's (Buyer's) hard drive. Cookies are used to improve the quality of the services provided, in particular for quick identification of the Visitor (Buyer), saving the Visitor's (Buyer's) settings, his/her personal preferences, tracking the status of the Visitor's (Buyer's) access session and trends characteristic of him/her. The Administration also uses cookies for advertising purposes, in particular to manage advertisements on websites on the Internet. After the Visitor (Buyer) disables cookie technology, the Administration does not guarantee the full functionality of the website medlook.com.ua or some of its services.

3.5. The Buyer grants the Administration the right to process his personal data, in particular to place personal data in the Administration's databases (without additional notification thereof), to carry out lifelong storage of data, their accumulation, updating, modification (if necessary). The Administration undertakes to ensure data protection from unauthorized access by third parties, not to distribute or transfer data to any third party (except for the transfer of data to related parties, commercial partners, persons authorized by the Administration to directly process data for the specified purposes, as well as at the mandatory request of a competent state body).

3.6. In case of unwillingness to receive mailings about promotions, new products, etc., the Visitor (Buyer) has the right to refuse it by sending a letter to the Administration and/or making a corresponding mark in his personal account.

3.7. The Administration is not responsible for the content and reliability of the information provided by the Visitor (Buyer) during registration on the website medlook.com.ua and placing an Order. The Visitor (Buyer) is responsible for the reliability of the information specified during registration on the website and placing an Order, and agrees to all risks associated with the unreliability of such information.

4.1. The Administration is not responsible for any errors and inaccuracies that may be found in the materials contained on this website. The Administration makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided on the online store website. All information and materials are provided on an "as is" basis, without any guarantees, both express and implied.

4.2. The Administration is not responsible for the statements and opinions of visitors (buyers) of the website, left as comments or reviews.

4.3. The Administration is not responsible for possible unlawful actions of the Visitor (Buyer) against third parties or actions of third parties against the Visitor/Buyer.

4.4. The Administration is not responsible for any harm, losses or expenses (actual or potential) that have arisen in connection with this website, its use or inability to use it.

4.5. The Administration is not responsible for the User (Buyer) losing the ability to access his/her account on the website medlook.com.ua (loss of login, password, other information).

4.6. For the purpose of the above, the Administration reserves the right to delete information posted on the Site and to introduce technical and legal measures to terminate access to the online store of users (Buyers) who create problems in the use of the online store by other Visitors (Buyers), Users (Buyers) in the event of any unscrupulous abuse on their part when ordering goods that are not intended to purchase them, or Visitors (Buyers) who violate the requirements of the Agreement. In this case, such blocking occurs at the discretion of the administration without further notification of such users (buyers).

4.7. The website administration, including is not responsible for:

4.7.1. Delays or failures in the process of performing a transaction that arose due to force majeure, as well as any malfunctions in telecommunications, computer, electrical and other related systems.

4.7.2. Actions of transfer systems, banks, payment systems and for delays associated with their work.

4.7.3. Proper functioning of the Site if the Visitor does not have the necessary technical means to use it, and also does not bear any obligations to provide users with such means.

5.1. All objects accessible through the services of the Site medlook.com.ua, including design elements, text, graphic images, illustrations, videos, computer programs, databases, music, sounds and other objects (hereinafter referred to as the content of the services), as well as any content posted on the website medlook.com.ua are objects of exclusive rights of the Administration, Users and other right holders

5.2. The use of content, as well as any other elements of the services, is possible only within the framework of the functionality offered by a particular service. No elements of the content of the Site services medlook.com.ua, as well as any content posted on the Site services medlook.com.ua, may be used in any other way without the prior permission/consent of the copyright holder. Use means reproduction, copying, processing, distribution on any basis, display in a frame, etc. The exception is cases that are directly provided for by the legislation of Ukraine. The User may use the content elements of the services, as well as any content for personal non-commercial use, provided that all copyright, related rights, trademarks, other notices of authorship are preserved, the name (or pseudonym) of the author / name of the copyright holder is preserved unchanged, and the corresponding object is preserved unchanged. The exceptions are cases that are expressly provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
