Place your order in MedLook in a way that is convenient for you:

• Payment to the card of FOP Monobank (including bank commission).
• Plata by mono - a payment system from Monobank. ApplePay, GooglePay, Online card payment
• Cash on delivery at the Nova Poshta branch.

With cash on delivery, the buyer pays:

• order cost;
• prepayment - 150 UAH, the remaining amount upon receipt of the goods at the Nova Poshta branch
• transfer fee: 20 UAH + 2%;
• delivery cost according to the carrier's tariffs.

Delivery across Ukraine

We deliver orders throughout Ukraine by the Nova Poshta mail":

• To the "Nova Poshta" branch
  Delivery time: 1–2 days.
  Cost: from 90 UAH (depending on the carrier's tariffs).
• Nova Poshta courier delivery
  Delivery to the recipient's address in Ukraine at the carrier's tariffs.

What data is required for sending

To quickly send your order, please provide the correct data:

• Recipient's full name;
• Phone number;
• Region and city/town;
• Nova Poshta branch number (or full address for courier delivery).

Important when receiving

• Orders are sent daily.
• When receiving, you must have an identity document (passport, driver's license, etc.).
• Commission the buyer pays for the COD.
