Exchange and return of goods

At MedLook, we strive to ensure that every order fully meets your expectations. If the product does not fit in size, style or for other reasons, you can arrange an exchange or return according to the conditions below.

Return conditions

  • Returns are possible within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order.
  • The product must be in new, undamaged condition: the product appearance is preserved, tags and packaging are present, there are no foreign odors (perfumes, detergents, etc.), there are no traces of wear or washing.
  • If the product does not meet these conditions, the store reserves the right to refuse to refund the cost.

Who pays for return shipping

  • If the return is due to defect or error on the part of the seller, the shipping costs are paid by MedLook.
  • If the return is carried out for other reasons (size, color, model, etc. did not fit), delivery is paid by the buyer.

Refund terms

Refunds are made within up to 10 business days from the moment of receipt and inspection of the goods in the warehouse.

Exceptions

In accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", goods purchased at a discount during promotions are usually not subject to exchange and return, except in cases of detected defects.

How to make an exchange or return

  1. Contact us and provide the order number.
  2. Describe the reason for the exchange or return.
  3. Receive confirmation and instructions for shipping.
  4. Send the goods using the specified details.
  5. After verification, we will exchange or refund within the specified time.
